Bioware this is GENIUS.This game may go on for decades now. And i can see movies coming and several of them.The story on Mass effect is SPECTACULAR.The characters in Mass Effect are SPECTACULAR.Combat graphics everything. Spectacular.They can run this franchise for ever just like Star Trek. And just keep releasing new mission packs just like Star Trek movies with new missions.And why you say this will work because the game is spectacular characters story everything. I can see a movie coming in a few years for sure.And i can truly see them just keeping it's fans playing this franchise for years and years to come via downloadible content packs.OMFG Mass Effect could become the greate ...

I thought Mass Effect was terrible in comparison to Knights of the Old Republic.I was very disappointed since I was even considering buying a 360 over this game.

Not that I don't like Mass Effect or anything, you are comparing it to a show that has had 6 TV versions and right now they are working on a 10th Movie. Star Trek also has well over 200 novels wrote about it and hundreds of comic books. Star Trek just has a little bit more history to build off of, just a little bit.

I don't know about the Star Trek series having a good plot lol but Mass Effect is really great

When I bought this game, at first it was cool, then once stuck in the Citadel for Lord knows how long, I started to hate it. Now I'm about 20 hours in the game, travelling the worlds and upgrading my armor, weapons, etc. This game owns! Once you get into it.
I love Mass Effect but I feel it needed more polish before release to iron out all the little annoying bugs littered throughout the game. I'm definitely going to play it again when it's on PC so I can fully experience it with no framerate drops and hopefully no bugs.

I will say this: Everything is amazing in that game apart from 1 thing. Just 1 thing.COMBAT. the combat is pure and utterly terrible in that game. I loath the combat in mass effect. I hate it with a passion. I havnt touched mass effect in a couple of days because a certain boss fight in Noveria took me so many hours to do. I am completly put off mass effect as of right now and its all because of this combat.
