Viacom looking to purchase Take-Two?

I could see this happening. Viacom has VERY deep pockets and could easily outbid EA, Ubisoft, or ActiBlizzion. While possible, I really don't see any of the console makers getting involved in this since making all the IPs exclusive would diminish their worth.LINKViacom looking to purchase Take-Two?
