All people, especially the elderly, should consult their doctor prior to engaging in any physically demanding activity.
they dont know about the etymologies for the part -itis, which means inflamation. So no, my wii is not inflamed yet. Those ''doctors'' aren't even real if they think they can name a disease or a problem by just adding -itis at the end. Pathetic.

So lots of movement that causes fatigue is called Wii-Titis? I thought it was called exercise. I've heard that it does harm the body. Little cracks form in your muscles. Lacerations on my Achille's Tendon that hurt for a damn week. If every time one ate, they felt a week-long pain directly related to cuts formed while eating, you'd be dead in a month.
