Decided I want to get a handheld some time soon. Not sure about psp or ds because they both look pretty cool. But ive noticed a lot of little kids with ds and psp seems like it may have better graphics. I havent owned a nintendo product since n64 I think but I own ps3 and 360. Ive heard a lot of people bashing the psp and saying ds is king but I think they both look like they have pretty cool games but mostly I want some good rpg's / action adventure games. Ty for any advice.Should I get psp or ds ?
psp is by far the worst platfrom still on the marketShould I get psp or ds ?
PSP isby far the bestr handheld out now why you ask because a little game caqlled god of war is coming to it and ive played the demo and its awesome just like the ps2 versions, another game called ff7 crisis core is coming to it, so psp. Ds is for kiddies.
I would say PSP, but after two tries and both times I get dead pixels on the screen, I gave up.I'm getting a blue DSLite when it comes out this Sunday. If you get a PSP, expect dead pixels.

If you have enough, try getting both. Both are just awesome systems.
The PSP has some better (Or at least more) turn based RPG games if your into that sort of thing. But you should get a DS. Nintendo knows how to make a good handheld after 20 or so years.
If you have a ps2 you pretty much dont need a psp.

Chances are if they look they'll see at least one. Some people have five or six.I really can't believe it, because it's such a nice system, but seriously, those things will make you crazy.

Im a working dude and dont like to blow that much money when i just need one O_o. Ill be using it mostly when im on breaks at work and college.

well when ur competing against the portable gaming giant that is NINTENDO i imagine itll take more time. with dev kit costs being halved there will be much more support. just depends on what you are after. sadly i got a psp 2 christmas;s ago and have yet to buy another game. yet im also the type of person who would never get a DS.
lol is this a questionDS is so much better and I say this from the shear amount of games that have come out and the good ones that are still coming out.
Are you a person who enjoys his games, or is it all srs buisness?
Well with God of War and Final Fantasy Crisis Core coming i would say PSP. I don't quite know the linup for the DS though.
psp is by far the worst platfrom still on the market
 Fanboys
DS has many good games, but few great games. PSP has more great games, but few games in General. If i had to compare, the DS is like the PS2 in that there are tons of games, most bad, but some good. the PSP is like the Cube. Some gems, but few games in general, and the gems are few and far between. If you like Mature games, the PSP is the way to go though. If you like cartoony or less serious games, or non-traditional gameplay, DS is the way to go.
